Here's an environment and color study on illustration board, covered with a colored gesso with some tooth, and done in colored pencil. I'm not sure what I think about it yet. I'll have to play with it some more.

Lighthouse

This is beautiful.
It kinda reminds me of a Thomas Kincaid, except that it feels more approachable.
I really dig it. It has a soft, warm look to it that's really inviting. I have those blending tools from my store still if you think you'll need 'em. I look forward to see what else you have on Tuesday.
